During the month of January, for Nineveh Lent -we conducted a 72 hour long prayer chain from 6pm 29th January 2023 till 6pm on 1st February 2023, followed by Holy Qurbana at church.
On the 16th of February, Thursday we conducted the monthly online MMVS gathering along with a guest speaker DR Roshan Jacob as per the theme of the month “Cancer Awareness”
For the month of March, we had our member Mrs. Safna Thomas write an article on the “Canaanite Women” for a series on Lenten Articles. For Women’s day in 8th March we co-jointly conducted an online dhyanam “ Deborah- Being Confident in God” with SGOC-Jebel Ali unit’s OCYM.

We conducted the pickle sale for the Lenten period on 26th March 2023. During the Lenten period the Upavasu Piruvu covers were distributed and collected over the next two months.
Arivinte Vayiyil Orumayode session on Knowledge and Holy Bible was conducted online via Zoom On 18th May 2023 by Mrs. Anu Johnson Kattoor from the St. George Orthodox Cathedral Abu Dhabi for our unit at SGOC, Jebel Ali which was followed by the regular MMVS meeting.

On 30th May the Bible Verse Competition was held at the church from 5 to 5:45pm. 
On 10th June the Internal Quiz Competition was held from 10 am to 11am. The results for the 1st and 2nd position was posted on the group.
The topic for the Essay Writing competition was “How do we recognize God’s call in our lives today?” and was written by one person.
For the month of July and August, we will be continuing with the Bible reading program from 15th July to 15th August 2023.
